I’ve stayed several times because it’s conveniently located near family and friends. The rooms are clean and comfortable However this is the second time they didnt have my reservation even though i paid ahead and got several welcome emails. I don’t know if this is an Expedia issue or the hotel but each time it took about 20 minutes to half hour to solve. Frustrating.

Bad. Terrible. Fail. Awful.
Fire alarms went off several times between 2-4 am. Ultimately we had to be evacuated. Fire Marshal noted that the alarms had been malfunctioning for several weeks. There was only one employee for the entire hotel, who was (despite heroic efforts) clearly overwhelmed. No manager arrived to help or answered repeated calls. Neither did IHG's internal team for finding alternative accommodations. At 4am -- far from home, with no car -- I had to find my own alternative accommodations. No one from the hotel has followed: not to apologize, explain. I wonder if anyone even refunded my room cost? We'll find out...

For being so close to a major road and lots of shops and strip malls, the hotel was very peaceful. The bedding showed signs of wear, but the room was clean and the level of lighting was great. However, only one elevator was in operation during the three days I was there.
