Parking Notes: PARKING IS LIMITED. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges and is the maximum allowed per unit. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants staying in Sea Colony East properties are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings.. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. The property manager and owners of the unit are not responsible for illegally parked cars.
