Located on the promenade level, this lovely getaway is literally just a few steps away from one of the pools, a kiddie pool, and the resort’s private beach just beyond. The Farragut Building is conveniently located close to all the Sea Colony activities and facilities, including the indoor pool, sauna, fitness center, and beach store. Sit on your patio and watch the children at the pool, enjoy the beautiful ocean views, or watch a favorite Blu-ray or DVD movie on one of the four flatscreen TVs with the family. As a guest, you'll also have access to the suite's central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and even to the shared tennis and basketball courts!

Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
