Inside, beautiful floors extend throughout and the living room features attractive and comfortable furniture, beachy décor, and a large flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing. The full kitchen has all the small and major appliances and counter space you need to cook up a wonderful meal then serve people up on the dining table's bench seating or outside on the furnished deck for a delightful al-fresco meal. You'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of when it's time to call it a night. Good thing too, because with Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach to enjoy, you're going to want plenty of good rest. Spend the day enjoying the rolling surf then come home to use the private washer/dryer to knock out your beachy clothes. Be sure to take a walk to explore all the on-site amenities that include 10 shared pools, two shared hot tubs, a community fitness center with a sauna, and shared basketball and tennis courts. The central AC will keep the home nice and cool while you use the high-speed WiFi to research your next Bethany Beach adventure.
Take a shuttle to the private, guarded beach and explore the nearby walking paths, playgrounds, boardwalk, and shopping and dining opportunities. You'll also have mini-golf, amusement parks, water parks, kayaking, surfing, and fishing close by as well. You'll have a number of terrific restaurants nearby, such as DiFebo's Restaurant Bethany Beach, Patsy's Restaurant, and 99 Sea Level.
THINGS TO KNOW
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
