For the money, it was disappointing to get a room facing the parking lot. I didn't realize that when I booked it. The photo looked so much more inviting. No coffee maker in the room. Another unexpected - first time I have stayed somewhere that did have that convenience. Finally, the shower was set up for wheelchair access. It is wonderful for someone who might need that, but the shower did not have that luxurious look that I was expecting. Very disappointed - and it was no fault of the hotel. I actually think next time I will book directly with the hotels so I will have no surprises like these.

Pretty location on water with marina right outside. Hotel rooms had nautical little touches, comfy beds/pillows and awesome shower pressure.

Woke up on our last morning and in the bathroom by shower door and up the wall by toilet there were ants. We let front staff know when we were checking out and they said we will send maintenance to take a look (I showed her some pictures I took with my phone as proof). Explained to staff that we brought no food in the room and especially the bathroom. Other than giving staff 4 stars, remaining survey questions are 3 stars.

Paint was peeling off the ceiling in the shower. The hot tub was not working. I found that disappointing especially for what we had to pay for the room. On a positive note, the view of the harbor from our balcony was beautiful.
