Some guests had a party in their room that shared a wall with us. My husband who rarely complains contacted hotel staff. They promptly asked the guests to follow the noise policy. They initially didn't comply so my husband reached out to staff again. The staff promptly followed up and the guests were quiet. I enjoyed the fact that there was an indoor pool; hot tub and sauna at this location. They were contributing factors why I did not chose to stay in another hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

After we came back from the pool, I walked into the bathroom and found a cockroach on the towel I used from the pool area. Around 11 pm. I contacted the property abouta refund or they said I might get a discount the next day but they never contacted me again the next day. I reached out again asking about a refund as it was too late to go anywhere else and changing rooms wouldn't have made me more comfortable. Still awaiting a resolution.

Nice parking lot! Both staff members we interacted with were friendly. Everything seemed to be cleaned well. Room was nice. Bed was comfy. Tv took some time to get going but no biggie. Soaps in bathroom were not very good quality but that's why we usually bring our own. My husband and I used the hot tub. It was definitely warm in the pool area. We were going to use the pool but there was a family with 2 kids that spent alot of time in there. Which was there right. Not the hotels fault. But they were loud and it was later in the evening and all the splashing wasn't our thing 😆 The included free hot breakfast- the coffee was pretty weak....lol! We were going to fix us some breakfast, again not the hotels fault, but there were unsupervised kids in there coughing all around where the food was. Not covering their mouths or anything! These days, I am a germophobe!! I do not want or like to be sick (as I'm sure no one does!). I don't know how hotels can fix this issue but we see it far too many times!!
