Best value inn to stay at in the Manchester area. Quiet, big rooms and pretty wooded view by small stream. Mike was super friendly at check-in and suggested places to eat and things to do.

Extremely well maintained property. Everything was clean and well kept. It was like going back in time- the care and attention is far beyond what you see in chain hotels. I loved the real key, too! The grounds are stunning.

This is a roadside hotel/motel that is very well maintained and extremely clean. I would come again and is a great place if you need simple accommodations.

I absolutely loved the “vibe” of this place. It was super comfortable and spacious. The pool, hot tub and grounds were pristine and private. Although it was too warm for a fire, the lounge was inviting and fun, and made me want to return in colder weather to experience the fireplace. Mike was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely come stay again.

The hotel was so cute!! Very small hotel, very quiet and it was amazing that the windows in the rooms opened for fresh air. The backyard area, pool and hot tub were extremely clean. Very cute sitting area with games and books and a fireplace in the winter. Will absolutely be booking again in the future!
