This is our new favorite hotel! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean and cozy. I loved the Social Hour option. The attention to detail was extraordinary, from the checkerboard table in the library to the record player in the lounge, I loved every aspect of this property. Shopping was within walking distance as well as hiking trails. This was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday. We will definitely be back!!

Was a nice place, plenty of perks for a comfy stay. Coffee and tea offered all day, plus iced tea and water. Usually fruit and a snack is also avaiy. Nice wine social hour to enjoy too. Tickets to Hilden were a pleasant surprise too.

Room itself was beautiful, very nicely appointed, lovely amenities, comfortable bed. Was NOT impressed by the fact that a large trayful of dirty dishes, glasses and dog bowls were left unremoved outside our door the entire time we were there. We assumed they'd be taken away overnite but when we came out of the room they were still there, so we hadn't said anything to the front desk.

My peaceful refuge
My fourth annual trip and I was happy to see the hotel is much cleaner than it was last year. I hope the hotel will renovate the rooms soon though as there is still old mildew and the rugs in the rooms are well worn. I love it here though and will be back next year.

The staff was so welcoming from the moment we first entered until we departed. The Inn feels like a home for everyone who loves to relax and enjoy the beauty of Vermont. Eating breakfast on the front porch each morning was a highlight of our stay. We look forward to returning in the fall.
