Nice and most importantly clean room. However, the staff didn't tidy up the room at all for the duration of our stay there - we disposed some of our trash, I left towels on the bathroom floor and they never got changed, etc. I wonder how long they'll blame it on covid. The breakfast was really good, the only thing I would change is the coffee. Overall, I would stay here again mostly because of the clean room and breakfast.

The ADA Wheelchair accessible room with the roll-in shower was great. It had the padded bench that is mounted on the wall, instead of a portable style. Will stay here again.

Reservation was not the right room we booked and they didn’t have the right room. Then when we got in a room not the right one. The toilet was plugged and over flowing. Wasn’t what we expected in Bend.
