You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This is a timeshare week we can't use, in golfers paradise with incredible views. $1,200 if you rent it Friday, July 21 to Friday, July 28 (Check in and check out on Friday). This spacious condo is professionally maintained and cleaned. Sleeps 6. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a kitchen and a deck overlooking the Legend Golf Course. It has pretty much everything you need. There is also an outdoor pool, washing machine, and drier.

No pets. This is a condo-wide policy. If they catch you with a pet, you will be asked to leave and charged $650 cleaning fee.

Starbucks Coffee and several bars/restaurants within a 3-4 minute walk.
It is right in the middle of 6 golf courses, all within walking distance or a 5 minute drive.
The location is perfect if you want to day trip to all the best places. It's centrally located in the heart of northern Michigan minutes from Bellaire and a short drive to Traverse City (55 minutes), Sleeping Bear Dunes (90 minutes), Elk Rapids (40 minutes), Boyne City (45 minutes), Charlevoix (50 minutes), Lake Michigan and the Chain of Lakes including Torch Lake and Lake Bellaire.

During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from The Legend. An outdoor pool and a spa tub are available. The condo includes amenities such as a jetted tub and a kitchen.

Great Host and Beautiful Property and Location!

Couldn’t have asked for a smoother renting process! Host was super helpful, check-in was easy, keys were where they were supposed to be, and we had no wasted time getting to enjoy our stay. The condo itself was very clean, and the scenery from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous overlooking the Legend Golf Course, with amazing views of the surrounding area in the backdrop! The location of Shanty Creek is amazing if you like to golf, try new awesome restaurants, bike, hike, shop, or jump in the car and go for some scenic tours or take relatively short trips to the beautiful surrounding cities and attractions for even more great exploring opportunities (Traverse City, Boyne City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Sleeping Bear Dunes, etc etc). Overall, I’d highly recommend to anybody looking for a great place to stay and a beautiful area to visit. Will definitely be trying to make it here again!
