Our room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad, it made us feel sick. We text the motel at the number provided and never heard back. Also the TV worked intermittently and we could not get it to change channels or stay on one channel. The toilet would not flush, and the shower had a broken drain and was very dirty and had adhesive stuck all over the bottom of shower. The worst part was the motel manager Christina, I was finally able to speak with her the next day after being told the manager was not available to hear our initial concerns. She was rude and condescending, and she offered absolutely no assistance or retribution for the issues we encountered whatsoever. It was some of the worst customer service I've ever had from a motel manager. Usually they want you to come stay again, that will never happen.

What one would expect at Super 8. Bed very hard where not worn down. No lift, so if you have many or heavy bags it may be unfortunate.
