When I arrived, no one was at front desk I waited for awhile then a lady came out and the computer had to boot up. Then another lady came out to try to help. Went to my room the keys didn't work my boyfriend who's not was not on the reservation went and without any questions they got my keys working. Lots of debris in front desk f my entrance door. Went into the room a white spot on the couch . Bed half done and the pillows a joke 3large and I very small one. Didn't go back to the front desk figured they was back in the back again I'm diabetic and needed to take my meds. So on Saturday we went to the water park came back and all I food was frozen. The fridge was turned too high. These are little things that may not seem much but to me they are big I have photos
