The staff and cleanliness were impressive. Unfortunately, amenities were rundown but can see how nice the hotel could be. Transportation is very expensive so a little inconvenient to get to places. Staff recommendations were always great.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Just wished they would have actually sent someone to the room when I requested help with the air conditioner. I just finally gave up after I called several times and nobody ever showed up.

This is far from the main downtown area so we had to take a cab everywhere and that became expensive but that’s my fault because I didn’t check. The staff was great. We didn’t have any food or drinks so I can’t comment on that. Overall it was a good pre cruise stay.

The property was beautiful, especially the rooftop pool! The staff was also super accommodating, we were able to check in a lot earlier due to our early flight. Our stay was lovely, would definitely recommend.
