Very friendly staff. Gave excellent advice re the passport being pickpocketed, since it was close to the neighborhood police station. Big bathroom. Comfy beds. Large patio doors and windows.

The room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon, towels and sheets were not changed at all. Staff at reception was not pleasant. Staff in the dining area was rude.

A rare find!
The room was spacious for a European room, I was very impressed! It was clean, I liked that the room cooled off quickly. The beds were decent, not terrible, but not great. Breakfast was fantastic, we were impressed with the variety. It’s located in the heart of Gothic Quarter, I loved walking around the neighborhood and experiencing the beautiful culture. It’s close to the cruise ports so it’s a short taxi ride away - I don’t recommend walking there, the front desk will call one for you. I was glad to have my husband when I walked in the early mornings, there were groups of men, some very drunk. I don’t recommend walking alone at night or early mornings if you’re vulnerable. I’d stay here again, excellent hotel!

Prime location to visit Barcelona for 3 days. Very walkable to hop on a sightseeing bus, or to the shops or beach. A very touristy area. Our bathroom could have used a shower curtain, the water got everywhere when we showered. A bit smaller than the photos make it look but worked for 2 nights which is all we needed it for.

Great spot just of las ramblas. Nice well kept hotel and rooms. Nice an comfortable beds. Also a fabulous restaurant just across the street a few steps away. Handy for the port too!

This was a nice hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff. They watched our bags when we arrived early and called us a taxi to be there at 6:30 am when we needed to head to the airport. I would stay there again.

The location was excellent, if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of the Gothic quarter, you found it! The staff was really welcoming and helpful! It was wonderful waking up to breakfast every morning! The rooms are quite average and the beds are not too comfortable, but everything else was good

Great, great location. Steps from La Rambla and 5-20 minutes to most major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Other than location, hotel is quite basic. As far as the quality of rooms, much to be desired here - mattresses and pillows are of poor quality, the room lacks basic amenities such as water and coffee/tea and in general exude a feeling of staying in a college dorm room, basic as basic gets
