Have stayed here 7, 8 times. Check in is at 3pm. When we arrive early, we always ask for an earlier check in, which we have gotten. This trip, the front desk staff was clearly put out by the request. We waited, and waited. At 2pm we asked again. Even more put out attitude. At 3:15, we went to the front desk yet again. ‘Oh, just a few minutes.’ Time to find another hotel.

Excellent location, and rooftop. But, the rooms are not up to the standards (two rooms, same problem), very outdated and filthy bathrooms. You are literally taking a shower in a Petri dish with a lot of moldy grouts, water damage (the exhaust fan does not work) and dirty carpet with stains. I have to say that they have a really good location and nice staff; but please renovate the bottom floors. Even the budget hotels look better than the standard room and way cleaner.

This is a beautiful and luxury hotel located in a great location. It is beyond our expectations ❤️❤️❤️ We had a horrible experience with a 4 stars hotel in Madrid, to be honest, we didn’t expect much of this one It turned out be surprising I personally feel from hell to heaven, compare the hotel we stayed in Madrid to this one

location was good and safe, but this hotel is over-rated. They are extremely cheap - giving you half a bottle of water (compared to costco's bottled water) and they only allow 1 cup of coffee that you make in your room with a Britta coffee-maker that we could not get to work. I wish I had stayed someplace else, that would certainly have been a better deal.
