Néanmoins, nous souhaitons préciser que la demande de lit pour bébé, ne nous a pas été transmise et que ceux-ci sont sur réservation et sujets à disponibilité. Après vérification, nous pouvons vous confirmer que le chauffage de votre logement est bien fonctionnel. Cependant, si vous vous étiez rendue à la réception ou contacté par téléphone, nous aurions pu vous fournir un chauffage d'appoint et régler le problème du lit pour bébé.
