The hotel was clean and beautiful there was just one issue we left the hotel around 9 am and return around 3pm and the room still hadn’t been cleaned it was disappointing cause everything else was good about the hotel

Great location for the event we participated in the hotel. New facilities and rooms are spacious. Unfortunately the fire alarm was triggered by water pipe problems for 30 minutes in the morning. Staff was quick to respond and tell us what was wrong, but could have turned off faster. Very close to the airport. Only 12 minutes by car.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were excellent! Axis restaurant the food and staff were amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel. Only suggestion is to change pillows more often as despite beautiful clean and crisp pillow cases the pillows had a sleepy smell.

The good- the staff were nice and helpful. Check in check out was a breeze. The location is close to metro and buses. Easy airport/city access. It is a little far from the city, but there are excellent restaurants near the establishment. The property itself is really pretty. We did not try to use any of their facilities or restaurants. The clurb at the top is pretty cool if you’re into the vibe! The bad- The comforters smelled like sweat and urine? We had room made up the next day, but the comforters were still very mildewy. So we just put dnd on the door for the third day. It wasn’t a huge deal breaker as we were exploring the city most of the time, but also my fault for not asking for new comforters/duvets. Kinda made for a disappointing experience.
