I Can't Wait To Go Back
This was a beautiful hotel, on a beautiful street made even more so by the eye-catching Christmas decorations. We were within walking distance of lots of great shopping and wonderful restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly, cheerful and professional. We were always greeted with a smile and everyone was so helpful; giving us recommendations for restaurants, making reservations, directions, getting us taxis, etc. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet every morning and everything was delicious. I've travelled all over the world and stayed in more hotels than I can remember but the Hotel Casa Fuster is definitely in my top ten.

Good hotel, not perfect.
Check-in experience was very bad, door man was very rude (not Eugene, he was pretty cool, it was his mate). Check-in woman at desk also kinda "I don't care"/unfriendly. Rooms are nice, bathtub "cork" was broken, other than that everything is clean and bed comfortable. At check out a good experience, everyone friendly. I'm used to rate every hotel at 5 stars but this will get a 4 this time.

Terrible customer service.
The service was terrible the first day. The AC was not working, it took an hour and a half to send someone to look at it. We had to call again because it wasn’t fixe, waited another half an hour for someone to come to resolve the issue.I asked for a luggage rack, waited 2 hours finally i got it after calling again. The internet was terrible and they kept giving excuses. Coffee machine was not working. Unacceptable customer service from a 5 star hotel. Not worth the money.

We stayed at the Hotel Casa Fuster pre-cruise for 2 days Nov 13-15 & 1 day at the end of our cruise on Nov 27. I would highly recommend this boutque hotel. Fantastic staff and the hotel itself is extremely nice inside/rooms are well appointed and in my opinion well prices at $220 Euros per nightWell located in Barcelona, close to restaurants, tapa bars, cruise port,as well as tourist attractions, which includes the hop on/hop off bus and the famous cathedral.

The property needs serious physical upgrades. There were tears in the carpets in the hallways, and cracks in the marble in the bathrooms. A travel companion had noise problems with the air conditioning unit in the room, and a light in the closet in my particular room malfunctioned and stayed on all night. The staff was really wonderful, accommodating, and kind. The location is wonderful and I felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Outstanding hotel right on the main boulevard and adjacent to the wonderful Grarcia neighborhood. Beautiful room, with ours having a small terrace and excellent view of the city. Everything was top notch including the service. Excellent place to stay while visiting Barcelona.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Oriole helped us a lot with booking tours which was very appreciated. The room was very clean and daily house keeping made it more pleasant. Thanks to Lucia and Louroes for the hard work. The location was great . Close to shopping center and walkable . Overall a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend it .
