My sister in law runs a travel agency in Madrid and warned me about this place…Only there two nights to catch a cruise ship and close to Sagrada so I didn’t listen…Room was not clean smelled horrible and we asked for a new room and told no…In fact every request was treated with NO. I see why my in law never lets her clients stay here. I hate when she is right.

Staff was amazing especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was a great full of options for everyone, including omelets made to your preference. Bed was a bit hard but it may just be we are used to our bed. Anything we asked staff for the brought to our room right away. Very quiet in room for sleeping

I stayed here for a week, and it was a great experience. The room was nice and cozy, with a big, comfortable bed. It's around 7 min walk to Sagrada Familia. There are small shops and cafes around. There is a lovely rooftop with a nice view. They also have yoga classes and bikes free of charge. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet.

Excellent hotel right near both the subway and Sagrada Familia. Some great positives worth mentioning: -Rooftop pool -Rooftop bar -Great breakfast buffet -Kind and knowledgeable staff -Central location P.S. the chocolate cheesecake from the bar is 100/100. Some of the best I have ever had.
