Lovely big apartment, with nice terrace. Furniture was a little tired, but otherwise everything was great. Good selection of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Nice touches with salt, pepper, oil left for cooking. The bathroom was lovely. Very comfortable bed. Very much enjoyed my stay!

We were very pleased with our stay in the apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals and there was a fresh bottle of water on our arrival. The location is great and is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores. There is a convenient grocery story just a half a block away to get supplies. The office staff was helpful with whatever we needed, especially Andrea. They could give guidance on the area, rent beach equipment, and even called to have our taxi ready for us for our trip back to the airport. You have the comfort of an apartment but the luxury of a hotel front desk support. The only thing that was a minor complaint was the noise outside of the apartment. There was a lot of street noise - people talking late at night and riding skateboards along with cars that passed by.

The apartments themselves are outfitted well, and located within a five minute walk to the beach. We also walked into the Gothic Quarter and other neighborhoods many times, and felt safe the entire walk (and were able to sight see on the way). The cab from the airport took less than 30 minutes and costs around 30 euros, which isn't bad. The check in was fast, and things were great until the first morning, when an employee woke us up and told us the water needed to be fixed so we had to leave the apartment. When we returned 10 hours later it was still not fixed, and we walked into plaster and tools strewn all over the apartment. The repairmen "fixed" it by 10:30pm, but we did not have hot water. The next morning we were awoken by the repairmen again, who were there to continue working on the water heater. I went to the office to discuss this with the employees, and was told that someone told me they would be there in the morning again to fix the water (untrue). As it was a Friday and Saturday night during high season, they were unable to accommodate my request to move apartments. The office arranged a complimentary transfer to the airport, and after checkout I discussed the issues with management. They were understanding, and offered some money back. Overall, the apartment was great, except for the water issues. And management's handling of the issue after was satisfactory and appreciated.

Disappointed that there was no balcony, and the property would benefit from instructions on how to use the dryer and how to program the air con (really cold the first night) BUT the property is very clean and well-equipped with a fabulously comfortable bed and a good shower with very hot water. I'd stay there again, definitely.

Lovely apartments, late checkin needs thought.
Good, but bear in mind if travelling for business and arriving out of hours you must go to the office to check in the next day - this may be a challenge if like me you are at a conference for the entire day. However, the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the apartment was amazingly well appointed, clean and very spacious, as well as being well secured with modern locks and doors at the front of the property.

I was surprised when we were shown our room since I had expected a room with an ocean view as well as a balcony. Ours had neither and the view out the bedroom window was looking at other peoples junk, and we had to keep the living area blinds down since it got the afternoon baking sun. So the place was very dark. The manager was very nice, the place was located such that we had easy access to the beach, metro, good restaurants and grocery store. I just was very frustrated that I didn't get the room I expected!!

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Location is convenient to the beach and is close to various supermarkets and bus stops. There's a bad smell when you first enter the building and elevator. The apartment also smells a bit odd. Regardless, we really enjoyed our stay.

Look no further for your Barcelona trip
Beautiful apartment in a cracking location only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Also close to a lovely street for bars and restaurants. We were a family of 5 and I am so pleased with my choice. It is a bit of a longer walk to the metro but you get past that quickly as you appreciate everything else about it.

Great Staff...friendly, informative and helpful when we checked in at the reception near the apartments. Lovely apartment, spacious with pretty finishing touches. Washing machine, dishwasher and travel cot...all much appreciated as travelling with a baby! Like a home from home. The only thing that let it down slightly was no balcony or terrace to sit out on and enjoy the sunshine (ground floor apartment - the other apartments did have these) However, this didn't matter too much as we were out and about exploring the city. Good area (residential) big supermarket less than a minute away, enjoyed our stay very much and would go back in the future.

Great location, safe and quiet!
This apartment was in a wonderful location. It's 2 blocks from the beach, 1/2 block from the grocery store, and 3 blocks from a tour bus. It was a good size for my family with two teens and was surprisingly quiet despite being located on a fairly busy street. The neighborhood overall was quiet and we felt safe. There were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Having a washing machine in the apartment was handy. The AC was great! The young woman who was in the reception area when we checked in was extremely helpful and took her time pointing out interesting spots on the map and explaining the tour bus to us. There is an outdoor common patio on the rooftop, which wasn't fancy, but we sat up there every night to enjoy the weather. I would like to suggest that the apartment provide paper towel for simple cleaning such as wiping the kitchen table after we ate as well as some small packets of laundry soap for the washing machine so that guests wouldn't have to buy full size quantities of either item during their stay. It would be nice if a sign was placed at the entrance indicating where the checkin office is located (it's on the same street); when we arrived, the sign says to call the reception but it could have just said to go to the reception location and saved us a step. The apartment was clean except for the trundle bed which had a slightly dirty mattress pad. Overall, I would highly recommend this as a place to stay and I am a very picky traveler.

Very good Apartments, close to beach.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Poblenou Beach Apartments. This time a two bedroom flat. Located in a very nice neighbourhood with its own centre, only minutes from the beach and metro. Would happily recommend these apartments to anyone. Clean, Modern, Good facilities and well serviced. Staff were really helpful.
