This is pretty solid 4 star hotel for Bangkok. Not the quietest, but we had no problem sleeping. Area around the hotel is okay, but again, most people who go to this part of Bangkok expect things to be a bit dirty. We would go back…but it is not a 5 star hotel. It’s very good. Breakfast was great. I have no idea what people were complaining about. Tasted good and hot was hot!

The hotel was in a great area. Easy access to transport, relatively quiet, 7-11s nearby. Wish it was closer to the Blue Line (instead of the Green Line). They offered complimentary shuttle services which we didn't know about :( the amenities seemed great, but we were too busy exploring Bangkok to use them.

Hotel is noisy (lots of door slamming, can hear anyone in the hallway). Room could use a microwave or provide one in the lobby. Staff/locals are very pushy to book taxis for you even if you're a tourist that didnt ask or just want to walk around and explore.
