Okay but not great. Location interesting lol.
It wasn’t easy to find the main entrance to the hotel on arrival. As a solo female traveller I will not be using this hotel in future and will not recommend it to others on the basis of its location in Soi 11. My room was lovely but tired decor, various things broken or didn’t get fixed during my stay. Housekeeping came daily but the whole place really badly needed a deep clean and refresh. There’s a claim for sustainability but I thought this was taken too far when there were no amenities provided in the room on check-in and then housekeeping removing the shower cap I brought with me! Street noise is tolerable and part of Bangkok but noise from other rooms and corridors especially late at night was irritating. I only used the pool area twice - not enough seating and pool wasn’t clean. It’s a nice amenity when the sun shines on it. Aqua Bar by pool area is a joke. First time I used it I waited over an hour for service and none ever showed up. Second time I ordered a coffee from the inside and found the service to be incredibly brusque and rude. Don’t waste your time here. Reception staff were good but why does it take two weeks to get a refund on your deposit? Concierge services good. Ground floor bar and bartender good. If you want a view go higher! Okay hotel, but not great. Overall, for the cost I expected much better knowing I could have had better if the booking process had been less complicated. I won’t be using this hotel or this booking site in future.

Only stayed for one night but hotel fit our need to catch some sleep and do some last minute stuff in Bangkok before our long layover. The hotel is well located to key attractions. The main street is very busy and can be a little overwhelming but i enjoyed it. We got a room upgrade and the room was big and spacious, would stay here again.

I recently checked in at Solitaire Sukhumvit Bangkok after a delayed flight, feeling quite exhausted. However, my experience was immediately uplifted by the warm and friendly reception from Tasha (Ruangkhao). Her genuine smile made me feel relaxed and comfortable right away. I recently stayed at Solitaire Bangkok for 4 nights, but unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. On the 3rd night, at around 1:55 AM, someone attempted to open both our hotel room door and the interconnecting room door. Understandably alarmed, I called the front desk for assistance. The staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and simply said they would send security to investigate, but no one showed up. Location-wise, it was convenient enough for my trip as I primarily used Grab and Bolt for transportation. However, the breakfast offered was very underwhelming—nothing worth mentioning. Considering the lack of security response and overall service, I doubt I’ll return to this hotel in the future.

Just lovely!
Had a family connect room which was really lovely room. Pool and bar areas were lovely too, my only recommendation would be for more sun loungers around pool area, although this may be at a push given the limited space. Would definitely stay again.
