This place is pretty much like a standard small condo in Bangkok. I think this is a good choice especially for longer stay. I will consider to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was awesome. If we needed anything, they reacted immediately. Mr. Joe, Chil,.Ms.Pat provided excellent customer service. There is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel. You must try their amazing baked cheesecake and cappuccino. Also, check in with the staff when getting a car hen checking out. They were extremely helpful with this. This property is great for families and business trips We will be coming back again, for sure.

The property was located in a pretty quiet spot m, away from all the hustle and noise from center Bangkok! Overall, great stay but definitely need to call Taxi to access the main attractions! There’s plenty of dining options around the hotel!

The property is unremarkable from the out side but inside everything is excellent, including the friendly and helpful staff. Our small suite was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooftop pool was nice, and the breakfast buffet and omelettes to order were good also.

The room is great for a week or longer stay, with family. They conveniently provide washing powder for the laundry machine in the room. The windows and walls are well sealed to keep noise out. We struggled with getting our breakfast coupons at the checkin. Even though I had paid for breakfast for the whole family, the checkin person didn't want to give me any coupons for my 6 year old until the manager confirmed it was ok, and the manager didn't come around until the next afternoon, leaving us in limbo of not knowing. Once we did get our coupons, with expedia's help, the breakfast buffet was great, and the attendant who works at the restaurant was professional and attentive. The other service desk people, Mr Joe and Ms. Bow were also helpful and pleasant, and the cleaning people are diligent keeping the place spotless. Overall good experience except for the breakfast coupon challenge.
