Everything from the service, staff, amenties. Room was impeccably clean, plentynof towels, coffe station, microwave. I also received a complimentary upgrade to the King Bed Suite with a Jacuzzi Tub, which was absolutely WONDERFUL! I will.happily return in the future, & recommend to friends & family! Thank you so much for a great stay!

A staff everytime i stay here! Breakfast always had a great selection for breakfast, which is a plus for anyone trying to get a good meal in before they hit the slopes. Rooms were very comfy and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Will always recommend to a friend

The hotel was amazing, so clean, great service, very nice and kind staff, multiple choice for breakfast, underground parking, as my truck doesn't fit in the parking, there is a limited spot by the entrance other than that some street parking.

I had an amazing stay at the Moose Hotel and Suites! The sauna and hot pool were fantastic. There's nothing quite like relaxing in the warm waters while taking in the stunning mountain and street views. It was such a treat to be outside, enjoying the scenery from the comfort of the hot pool. One downside is they didn't provide gowns in my room. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Banff.

Great place to stay
The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants.Check in and check out was simple and quick.On site underground parking was very convenient.Breakfast was very good with great selection of hot and cold dishes.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was small but adequate to relax.. Hot tub was very small and jets were a little rough with water splashing fairly high.Overall a good place to stay,Will be back again.

Great value and comfortable
We had a great room with nice balcony although a little too cold to sit outside. The room was spacious. I really like the hotel which included a basic buffet breakfast. It is less than 10 minute walk into town and very close to Roam transit bus stop. It is very reasonably priced compared to other places in the town. There are hotel restaurants close by a 7 minute walk to the supermarket and a bottle shop in the hotel next door as well as a service station directly opposite.

Cleaning staff only did bedding nothing else they didn't change the coffe cups and rooms don't have any kitchen area where we can clean our cups. So they should be replaced when cleaning is done. And also flooring was also not done .Room only was neat and clean on first day . I am very happy with the hotel staff and i will also recommend my friends but these are the things i have noticed and wanted to notify you also in my feedback. Other than that service was on point everything i asked for was done in no time . Its just when i told the reception staff to clean the room because we were going out than it should be done properly.

We stayed here for one night in early November. We had a room on the third floor with two queen beds. The room was very nice and clean with a high ceiling being on the third floor. It was nice having a balcony to sit outside looking at the mountains. Check in and check out was fast. The coffee latte machine in the lobby was awesome and their hot breakfast was pretty good as well.
