The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful I’ve never met such an amazing crew. They are super helpful. Transportation to inform the hospital are completely free. I was in town for my daughter to have her baby so this was definitely convenient for me to go back-and-forth. The hotel was nice and clean and the beds were definitely comfy when you needed to go to sleep. So I definitely recommend 10 out of 10

Very nice clean, large room. Good variety at the free breakfast and the staff was super helpful. All this combined with a convenient location makes this well worth the money.

The only thing not to like was that we were there because of an early morning appointment at Johns Hopkins and there was no way to tap into the discount we were entitled to! Restaurant was also down! We paid for those amenities but they were not available.

The purpose of choosing this hotel was the hot tub, indoor pool, and continental breakfast. The pool was freezing and the hot tub was not working. My son needed to practice his breast stroke and was unable to. I was hoping to soak my knees in the hot tub and couldn’t because the hot tub was not working. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
