Devon's Landing raises the bar for sound-front design and amenities. The ground level has concrete parking, a shower with a lavatory, an outdoor toy box, board racks, and an under-house entry. On the first level, bedroom one is a master suite with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and access to a screened porch with a hot tub and a hammock. Bedroom two has a king-size bed as well, while bedroom three has twin beds.

Retreat to the sound-front den with a TV/DVD player, an Xbox, a Wii system, and a queen-size sofabed. Endless glass ensures stardom for the second-level great room, offering tall ceilings, an entertainment center, a computer, and an expansive, furnished sound-front sundeck. Demanding chefs and hungry guests will thrive in the all-equipped granite kitchen with a breakfast bar and a custom dining table. Fall in love with the stylishly furnished living area with a gas fireplace, an entertainment system, as well as a fax machine, a computer, and a printer. The large upstairs master king bedroom (the fourth) has a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.

A lot to enjoy
We really appreciated the cleanliness and good maintenance of the house. The kitchen was also well equipped. The location was perfect for windsurfing. The only downside and exception to what was previously mentioned is that one of the bedrooms smelled strongly of mildew. Since it was just my partner and me, we did not use that room and kept it closed.

Families who visited here are happy.
Close to Beach Access Ramps 38 and 43, it's perfect for enjoying the Atlantic Ocean beach. The supermarket is also nearby, and dinners while watching the sunset over the sea were exceptional, even on the East Coast.

Great house, not so great communication
The house itself was great! It was perfect for our group. Absolutely beautiful views of the sound. There was plenty of seating for our group of 5. The beds were a little firm for my taste, but I still slept fine. The reason for 3 stars was mostly because of the communication, or lack thereof, with the property management group once at the house. Two separate times during our stay workers came for repairs without any notification. A Spectrum representative was waiting for us when we got home one afternoon saying that he had an appointment but didn’t know exactly what he was there to fix. Then two days later, when we woke up, there were men working on the deck outside one of the bedrooms. We understand that things happen and repairs need to be made, but would have appreciated notification.

Great house but disappointing management
The house is in a great location with great views of Pamlico Sound. Only issue was the hot tub was not working. I tried multiple times to report this to management but never got a callback. Will not be booking with Vacasa again.

Dream home
Everyone loved the place with the backyard access to the sound. There were some beautiful sunsets and we had a lot of fun with our water toys! The house was big and comfortable and the big windows in the back looking out over the water were great. The upper and lower decks had great furniture to sit on and enjoy the evenings.

Beautiful House by the water
Our family of four had wonderful vacation in this spacious house. We loved being at the house as it had all the amenities we needed for a fun vacation. We enjoyed being right on the water and kayaked fished and swam everyday.

Best locations for soundfront sunsets!
Beautiful home with AMAZING views of Pamlico Sound and gorgeous sunsets. Kitchen is fully stocked with enough supplies for yummy dinners at the house. Location is close to beaches, shops & restaurants. Love the hot tub and hammocks for relaxing time!
