Our tri-level townhome, which features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is located in the heart of Avon, Colorado with quick access to premier skiing at Beaver Creek Mountain and Vail Ski Resorts. A free shuttle to both Beaver Creek and Vail will have you on the slopes in minutes. If you prefer to walk, it’s just 10 minutes to the Riverfront Gondola. Parking for 3 vehicles allowed at townhome.

In the warmer seasons, paddle board, kayak, and swim in Nottingham Lake -- a pleasant 8-minute walk. For a family outing, drive 14 minutes to the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater and take your pick from an array of cultural and musical performances.

The townhome is a mere 10 minute walk to the charming town of Avon where you can explore local shops and restaurants. In the morning, swing by Loaded Joe’s for a gourmet hot drink on the covered patio with mountain views, or head to town in the evenings to experience one-of-a-kind restaurants.

Our townhome features all of the comforts of home, including all new furniture, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances, and a small deck with outdoor furniture.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
