Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect spot down the street from bear lot

The entire home was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the electric blinds for the windows, doors, and skylight. That was a really nice touch to the home.

quick ski trip

Condo is terrific - high quality furnishings and very comfortable. Heat was not working in the living room and it was cold without solar heating during the day or a fire at night. Thermostat did not work and was not really solved while we were there or it would have been a higher rating

Ski trip

This is our second time staying in this beautiful townhouse, and we had another wonderful ski trip to Beaver Creek. This rental has everything you need; it is very clean and beautifully maintained. The townhouse is in an excellent location, positioned perfectly between Beaver Creek and Vail, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We had an amazing trip and hope to return again next year.

Great place, great location

Updated and very nice place. We drove to the Elk Parking lot because there didn’t appear to be a great walking route (even though the distance was short). Maybe that was because of all the snow. Saw others getting the bus right in front of our place. There was no coffee (but there was a machine and a Keurig upstairs) which was a bummer and housekeeping left wet towels in the dryer but we still loved the place and would come back.

What a beautiful property. I’ve never stayed in a property so well furnished. We felt as if we were at our home or staying at with family. As we enjoy cooking in finding a kitchen stocked with high end pots, pans, appliances, plates and glass made for a wonderful stay. The unit is a five minute walk in ski boots to the bus stop to Beaver Creek Ski lifts or a 10 minute walk to the Town Gondola. We would high recommend this unit.

XTERRA Race Week

Back for our fifth year (minus COVID) for the XTERRA races on BC. Decided to try Avon and not disappointed by that decision. Fantastic location, easy access to everything and made for a fantastic week. Some minor confusion about air-conditioning (there isn't any) in our initial discussion and didn't really sort it out until after the deposit however other than one warm night, it was not a problem. Turnkey was surprisingly and pleasantly responsive to all of our inquiries and made the whole process easy. If we had a question they responded in minutes. When we had a couple of minor maintenance issues, they were on it very quickly with no impact to us. Super accommodating and the onsite rep was very friendly and made our stay even better. We will definitely consider staying here again for the next race season.
