Nestled in the heart of Georgetown, this charming, historic home is perfectly situated just a short walk from restaurants and shops in our beautiful town square. With plenty of space for six guests, the home boasts two bedrooms and two full baths, offering the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway for both families and couples.

With your first steps into The Leona, the attention and care given to creating both a luxurious and comfortable space is apparent. Cozy up on the couch to watch a movie with your loved ones or share a home cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Grab a book or a board game off the shelf- the dining table seats six for a perfect game night setting.

Tucked in the rear of the home, the suite bedroom offers a comfy king bed, full ensuite bathroom, and second flat screen tv. The second bedroom is located at the front of the house with a cozy queen bed and closet space with easy access to the second full bathroom. Off the hallway, is a laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Take the morning in with coffee on the spacious front porch, or unwind at the end of the day in the large backyard complete with an outdoor dining area, backyard games, and turf.

Great Location and Property
We really enjoyed our stay at this very cute and well appointed house. It is close to Georgetown town square, as well as grocery store and other shopping. It had everything we needed, even to cook a few Thanksgiving dishes for our family. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well, both on the charming front porch as well as in the backyard. We highly recommend the Leona House

The Leona House is a very comfortable VRBO rental house not far from downtown or the Southwestern University campus. The house is tastefully decorated and stocked with basic items you might need. Beds are comfortable. Our stay was a welcome improvement over a typical hotel room.

Leona House
This is our go to place when visiting the Austin area. It allows us to be close enough to get into town to do what we need, and it is far enough to get away from the bustle of the city. We recommend to our friends and family constantly if they are heading that way for a visit.

Great weekend getaway
A friend and I stayed and it was exactly what we were hoping for. We each had our own comfortable bed, our own bathroom, a well stocked kitchen and a cozy living room. The front porch was perfect for reading. And it was so convenient to walk to the town square for meals and shopping. The entire home was spotless and decorated so cute. Highly recommend!

The only reason I hesitate to give The Leona House a five star plus review is that I want it to be available whenever we go to Georgetown. Perfect home with all amenities, if it wasn't 107 degrees we could have enjoyed the very cute front porch and/or or the huge back yard. Great house and very helpful and communicative host.

Great little house!!
Two sets of grandparents in town for our grandson’s World Series games! Adorable home with absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay!! I’m a stickler for cleanliness!! Sometimes takes me a little while to settle in somewhere and get comfortable with the place. Sometimes I never do! I was pleased from the start here!! So very clean, well equipped ( great pots and dishes! Not the crappy stuff found in some), super comfortable beds, good quality bath rags/towels, decorated so cute…..I could go on and on!!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area!! Great communication with the owner! Quick responses to all messages! Only thing I’d consider adding would be a patio cover with fans out back! I need one at my house as well! Lol! Was just visiting during a very hot part of the year! Highly recommend little place!!

Leona House is a great place to unwind in Georgetown. A lovely house with everything you might need including a tree lined backyard. A short walk brings you to the downtown square with shops and restaurants. Would certainly stay here again!
