Lots of amenities at A Place At The Beach!! An ideal 2 bedroom 2 bath (tub/shower combo) condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Amenities include dishwasher, washer and dryer, wireless internet. The master holds a queen size bed, the second bedroom holds 2 twin beds. There is a sleeper sofa for extra quest. Great balcony view of the beach, there is something for everyone in the family at A Place at the Beach. Parents will enjoy grilling and relaxing by the heated indoor or outdoor pool or sitting in the newly designed hot tub ending another great day at the beach. Kids will enjoy the water slide and splashing in the pool, mini golf, playground, and summer friendships! Reservations include linens and towels with beds made. This property is a Sunday to Sunday property. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Wrist band police
Have to have wrist bands on while on property can’t have visitors outside your six people. Water slide was broken 5 out of our 7 days. Should have had backup parts on sight. Outdated unit with terrible cleaning

Look before you book
Good location , great pool area. Property housekeeping must not be checked behind / dirty caked on food on skillets in the cabinet , register for air conditioning very dirty, dusty baseboards , dust mites terrible on the beds 🤨. Property manager was very nice and good to work with

this property was better than expected! The slide at the poom was fun for kids and adults and the lifeguard was wonderful with everyone of all ages!

Great place!
Checked in late and the condo had not been cleaned. It was past the kids’ bedtime so just cleaned it myself, not a huge deal. The place was in a great location in the condo complex (close to both pools, grills and beach access). A Place at the Beach is an awesome complex with lots of entertainment. Overall, very pleased!

Unhappy with this condo
Our condo was filthy when we got in. The bathroom was very dirty and master bed room hadn’t been dusted or vacuumed. I tried called the realty office and couldn’t get in touch. I had to clean the bathroom myself. Very disappointed!!
