A large group arrived at the same time as we did, there was only 1 person working at prime check in time on the day of the national championship. In the morning there was only 1 person and the lobby was out of coffee. The hotel is in desperate need of an update, the ice machine was out of ice on the 4th floor. The bed was comfortable. The room would not cool down, it was set on 67 but the thermostat read 76.

Hotel was ok, not great for the price. Rooms show aging. Refrigerator looked liked it was from the 80’s. Could not control temperature in the room, The dining area was cold, food was ok. Best thing was the water pressure in the shower.

Tired, mechanically challenged, exorbitant

Somewhat tired hotel with extensively used furniture and furnishings. One of two elevators didn’t work resulting in substantial waits. The heating system malfunctioned and many fellow visitors complained of room temperatures >75 degrees while the lobby was frigid. The staff was very pleasant but the front desk was often unoccupied. There were several computer glitches with check-in and keying. We had a long flight delay and elected to spend another night in our rooms. The hotel doubled our room rate to an exorbitant $260 per for this privilege

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfy. My only annoyance which is typical these days, all the guests that smoke cigarettes and pot by the doors.

Horrible, dirty and they lie about Pet fees.

They hit me with a surprise pet fee of $75 dollars which was not stated in any of the reservation, nowhere did it show a pet fee, but thats how they get you and the rude guy at the reception was incredibly awful about it. Worst service i have ever received in a hotel. And the room was overpriced and it didnt even include brrakfast and they could care less. It was an atrocious stay. Horrible horrible hotel, was old, dirty, looked like a motel, yet they charge 5 star hotel prices. The worst hotel ever. Never have i been charged that much for a pet fee, but they get you with a non refundable reservation so they leave you with no choice but to pay. F*#@ HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WORST SERVICE EVER

None of the ice machines worked in the entire hotel. Cleaning staff came in my room by mistake while I was in my room (was actually trying to go to the room next door) and when I asked for clean towels I was told she didnt have any when I clearly seen she had some on her cart. I stayed for 4 nights and my room wasnt cleaned at all or given clean towels without having to ask for them at the front desk. Shower in room was also not clean.

Nice stay!

Overall a nice experience. The hotel was updated and they’re still doing renovations. The front desk check in was an easy process, however the restaurant and bar could use some improvement. I had to send my drink back three times because a knat was in it. Great location and they have an airport shuttle. Would I stay again, yes.

Pleasantly surprise comfort.

Was stuck at airport during Atlanta snowstorm. This hotel was close to airport, provided free shuttle service. Staff was friendly, room was clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. The hotel has wear; needs some room renovations.

They made it very easy to check in even with all of our delayed flights causing a rush. The room was clean and ready and the shuttle back to the airport was on-time. The driver also cared about the others that weren't able to fit, so he stopped to let the other shuttle driver know to circle back around to pick them up.

The hotel needs some serious upgrades, check in staff(female) on her phone while we were checking in. Not polite at all, we noticed something peculiar going on , one your floor and I the hall. Not sure if it was legal. Bathroom ancient, given only two towels . Burger restaurant bar tender mediocre, I ordered cranberry Hornitos and lime juice and my drink was so sour. I’m not exactly sure what he did. The beer was warm. The service was chaotic. The restaurant looked dirty. I will never stay here again.
