Small One bedroom loft unit directly across from Piedmont Athens regional Hospital on Prince Avenue. Extremely clean upstairs unit. One twin bed., Smart TVs, Everything Brand new as of 8-10-21. Shared common kitchen and living room. Private steel doors on each apartment. Great maid service. Walk to breakfast at the flying biscuit and walk to local breweries for lunch. You can buy wine down stairs before 6pm. If you have loved ones staying at the hospital and you need a place close by to have a shower and rest, this is the perfect place. You must be willing and able to walk up steps. Watch your head in this historic property. Two people are welcome to stay in this unit, but you better be in love. It’s a tight fit. For the safety of everyone common areas, stair wells and parking lots are under security video surveillance.

It is a very unique concept but met all my needs and was very nice. I would suggest clearer directions to find it, like mention the hair salon downstairs. But over all a great stay!

Nice Room in Athens
I stayed in this room during one of the UGA games and it worked perfectly. The location is perfect, close to a lot while not being right on campus.
