Last minute booking, what a great find and stay. The property is waterfront with amazing views. This new hotel is well designed and has so many fun features. Don't miss the personal waterfront saunas, the comfy slippers and bathrobes. The restaurant and bar were great and the food was delicious and unique. Parking street side was easy and the location is close to everything in Astoria.
Lovely room with a cute outdoor space and a comfortable bed. Could even hear the sea lions barking beneath the pier. Wonderful location; super clean. Would happily return.
A wonderful boutique hotel in Astoria.
Every detail considered- welcome drink, bath products, bath robes, bedding, and beautiful branding of all materials in the room.
Staff was very welcoming and helpful and all facilities were very clean.
In a cool repurposed cannery building, and in a neat spot of town close to restaurants and shops.
On-site restaurant and bar served delicious food and drink.
Accommodating to dogs and a great spot to start our trip down the Oregon Coast.

Lovely place to stay in Astoria
The rooms have a lovely view right over the Columbia River. You can watch the seals and sea lions all day! (The sea lions aren’t that noisy but you can definitely hear them.)
The bar had surprisingly good food. Probably better than the other meals we had in Astoria!
Very friendly service
Great hotel - superb views and rooms - I have stayed at both trolley and ice suite. Very nice! Sauna is great too too - nice local touches - with tea and coffee.
We loved this hotel! King room right on the water was spectacular with view of ships and bridge. Hearing water lapping at night was so calming. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Restaurant on-site was convenient although pricey. Great location in town for walking. Free parking on street. Wonderful memory foam bed. Simple industrial style decor was easy to like, especially with the tall ceilings. Only negatives were: Shower water pressure was a bit low. No place to take our dog out on the hotel property - had to cross street away from property. Walls were thin between rooms - we could hear conversations. Privacy on patio was limited by partially open walls between room patios, divided by ropes. Again conversations could be heard on neighboring patios. Noise from wind and water helped drown it out though and patio with chairs still enjoyable. I would stay here again in a minute on the water side!
We stayed in the second floor, trolley view suite and I would highly recommend. I drank coffee every morning on the balcony and loved looking at the colorful, charming view of Astoria. Every evening, we had cocktails and looked at the sunset on the river. Could not recommend more highly! The room was comfortable. The bed was a little soft, but the bedding was incredible. There are no closets or dressers in the room. There’s also no AC, although it was not needed whatsoever. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I look forward to returning!
