Property needs to update their furniture and rooms condition. No curtains on the main glass door making you feel very unsafe. Breakfast system is unique and very disappointing. Overall a disappointing experience.
I wanted to like it! BUT first the key didn’t work. Then the toilet didn’t want to flush after my wife used the bathroom. Then we tried the heater because it was so cold in the room so we had to make sure at least that worked and it did, BUT this was a very old, loud Wall radiant heater that had a strong smell once heated up. We both looked at each other then looked around the small room for a carbon monoxide detector and there wasn’t one to be found. We just turned around got in the car and left after only 15 min on the property. Bummer. Keep our money and at least purchase a new toilet.

Disliked: Amenities
It's an old property, but it is very convenient to Mt. Rainer National Park.
Excellent location for the Mt. Rainier Paradise entrance. The staff at Alexander's was considerate, offering a breakfast basket for our off-season travel and limited dining nearby.
They have a great game plan for folks that arrive late. The place was great, clean, and in perfect location to the park. There was plenty of room, WiFi worked. It was a great experience.
This property feels abandoned. It hasn't been updated in years (decades?) - there are spider webs everywhere, it smells, everything feels dusty. There is no staff to check you in or front desk. The walls and doors are VERY thin so you can hear neighbor guests, even across the hall. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends.
Personally, I don't like overly soft beds, so I was very pleased with the firmness of the mattress. In the lounge, the kids enjoyed playing chess and board games. It was only about 35-minute drive to Mount Rainier, and they provided a light breakfast basket, which was perfect for our early morning trip to Mount Rainier. Although I didn't catch the name, I had a delightful conversation with a staff member who spoke Korean very well. I was grateful. The room I stayed in also had a mini-fridge and a microwave, which were very convenient. It was an enjoyable stay.
Quiet location, great access to national park. Comfortable beds. Not much around.
We had a problem with our room and were quickly assisted into an alternative on the second night.
This is such a beautiful property! We are so lucky to have gotten a night here to stay after visiting Rainier. The only minor issue we had was with the shower head— it definitely took some work to take a because of the angle of the shower head and it seemed to not come out of the shower head very well. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and we hope to come back in the future!
Check in/out was easy, its close ish to the park, our room was spacious but it was a very Old cabin, smells like a old cabin, we had small flies flying around the lights like 100 of them which was ok untill we turned the lights off and went on our cellphones then they were on our faces!bed had a very thin mattress /small with very thin blanket!
Overal was ok but way over priced for what they provide
