Don’t stay here

I have stayed here twice in the last year. The first time we had ants in the room. This time I was greeted with a receptionist that was too busy on her phone with her EarPods to check us in. Then she gave us a key that didn’t work. The room floor was wet and sticky. Hair in the bed and the entire bed smelled like a wet dirty dog. They gave us one towel wash cloth etc for the entire weekend and not enough toilet paper.

Beautiful scenery right out the hotel room window. I would go out of my way to stay at this very clean hotel again. The staff were very helpful!

They charged for EV charger which was not informed earlier. Usually ev charging is complimentary at hotels. Was very dissatisfied about that.

Very nice facility but walls in rooms are not well insulated, if at all. Noisy neighbors on one side, plumbing sounds on the other. Also, fan cannot be set to stay on to circulate air and provide 'white noise'.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful which made this nice hotel a great stay. My only suggestion would be to make the coffee bar larger so it is accessible to more than two people at a time. Thank you for the nice cues and proper pool table.

Excellent stay.

We had such a great stay in Asheville. Try never had any bad traffic. Tru was clean and they came in after a couple of days to give us fresh towels and made our bed. So nice

La verdad es que no le gusto. El olor desde que entra al hotel es fatal y en la habitación peor, tuve que tomar antialérgico. La cortina del baño manchada, el anti resbalante sucio. Cancele mi estadía allí.

It’s got super fun decor and good breakfast options. The staff is friendly and expert at their jobs. My room was quite comfortable and I plan to be back here again!
