So, the managers were super friendly and accommodating switching me from a room with a sticky floor to one that was clean, updated and quiet. They even asked me about my stay and followed up about the room when I left for dinner. Five stars for that service at this price point. The breakfast was good and the parking was easy. The thing that was off about the property in the images is the bar and restaurant is no longer open. The spa next door is under construction and the building/office complex feels half abandoned. The hotel is a bit dated (more late 80s era) and the location is slightly odd ex-urbs post industrial. A really good Pho restaurant within walking distance though and tons of suburban food, shopping and services within a block or two. Totally fine, but nothing fancy.

The room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and lots of variety. My only challenge was the WiFi. The WiFi kept losing connection so I was moved to a room closer to the router. It helped somewhat, but still not great.

Overall a good hotel. I can’t say anything bad. I wish they added some protein options in the breakfast. I can’t eat pork and had to skip it. But it’s not the reason to give less than 5 stars. Parking is on the site and very big. We saw pool and jacuzzi and small gym. Receptionist was very welcoming. A lot of stores nearby.

On the 3rd floor it appeared to be under construction. They still rented the room at regular price with no apparent heads up. I ended up getting bed bugs there.
