Our hand soap dispenser was broken, our window shades were broken and when I opened the cupboard to the fridge, to door fell off. Room was very tiny as well.

It was a good experience. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The building was very clean and quiet. The breakfasts offered a good variety. It was easy to get around town from there.

Overall the stay was nice, breakfast was daily and fairly good. We stayed the weekend for an away game, we’d thought we would get housekeeping based on the note provided by front desk. Got in Saturday and left Monday. Every other day housekeeping is off putting especially to people who stay over the weekend. Pillows lack support, elevators a little sketch but other than that staff was nice. Breakfast pushed the notch to a 3. Hope this helps.
