Es ist unser Anliegen, stets einwandfreie Zimmerzustände zu garantieren, daher nehmen wir Ihre Kommentare bezüglich der Sauberkeit sehr ernst. Unsere Teppiche werden regelmäßig gereinigt und wir bieten eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption, um unseren Gästen jederzeit zur Seite zu stehen und umgehend auf alle Anfragen reagieren zu können.Es überrascht uns, von Problemen mit der Beleuchtung und dem TV zu hören, da alle Zimmer mit sorgfältig gewarteten Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet sind.
