We enjoyed our holiday at this hotel. The staff were all really friendly and they were there to help anytime of the day or night. They offered good advice and directions. They also offer free Turkish tea when you come in to the reception.

The hotel is in a great location, newly renovated and staff was very friendly. There is a restaurant on the first floor where breakfast is served, with a large buffet of items to choose from. The hotel is 3 minutes from a shopping mall, with access to everything. It is also walking distance from the Antalya downtown core and marina. Cleaning service is provided upon request. Water is free on the first day and then you can buy drinks for a low price in the main lobby. Highly recommended if you stay in Antalya!

Our stay was amazing. Great location, 2 min walk to MarkAntalya mall and tram station. Rooms are very spacious, comfy beds. Very clean and the room service was excellent. Only breakfast needs some upgrade but overall not bad. Highly recommended

It was a terrible hotel to stay at I got allergies staying at this hotel from bed bugs, please stay away from this place. It cost me 5000tl at the hospital. When I confronted to the receptionist he was very rude and racist. I have never ever encountered people and place like that

If you need to compare this hotel to a UK standard then this is the same as Travelodge Holiday inn, a decent stay in the city and that's it. Staff: Mustafa,Ozar,Adnan all these guys share shift at the reception throughout the day and are absolutely helpful and friendly for any advice or help you need. You will not see any other staff so taking luggage to room is down to you. Every time we need something,they will deliver it and language was never a problem. Mustafa also helped us to avoid paying high prices to see waterfalls or boat trips and just do by own booking. Room: We had a family room 301 which had air conditioning issues and guys were quick enough to move us to another available room which helped with boiling heat. Room was spacious and only thing I asked hotel is to ask cleaners to do bit better cleaning as we found dust on woden floor and feet used to get dirty. They will clean as and when you ask them only so do tell reception when you need it doing. Breakfast: It's a traditional Turkish breakfast to get you going for the day location: perfect right in middle of the town which Endless amount of shops, restaurants,Mark Antalya shopping mall fivebnis walk and easy access to taxi to any location. For me mosque was right across the road which is bonus. You can not go wrong to where it is honestly. Max 30mins rid to Lara beach. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel,it's not Lara beach high spec but we knew that and getting to places worked out for us.

I've stayed in countless hotels over the years, but this one takes the cake for being the absolute worst. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a strong smell of urine. If that wasn't bad enough, when I checked the bed, I found blood stains on the sheets. Disgusted, I called the front desk to ask for clean sheets. What happened next blew my mind-the guy from the front desk showed up, started yelling at me, and accused me of putting the blood there myself. He was sweaty, smelly, and downright unprofessional. To add insult to injury, we checked in 30 minutes after the advertised check-in time, only to be told that our room wasn't available because they gave it away earlier in the day. Seriously? The breakfast was awful, and honestly, I wouldn't come back here if they paid me. The place felt unsafe, and the service was beyond rude. When I asked for a refund because I just wanted to get out of there, they flat-out refused. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.

I highly recommend this hotel. Spacious room with comfortable bed . Fantastic tasty breakfast and welcoming staff. The location is great . The hotel is in a quiet street and 2.minutes walk to the busy area .lots of shops and restaurants near by.15 minutes walk to the tram that takes you to the airport.
