The hotel is good, but unfortunately most of the stuff the need training on how to communicate with the guest. ( they don't care to do their job) for example we kept telling the working stuff that the blow drier in the ladies changing room where is the sauna is not working for 5 days, and every day they say they will fix it but they never did, also the water temperature for the indoor pool supposed to be 28 degrees, but unfortunately it was maximum 25 degrees, Also the stuff they said ( it is not their job to fis the water temperature)

Entertainment at the resort was good. Very few vegetarian dinning options. Chefs didn’t try to make anything apart from the available buffet. Same menu everyday.

Very nice resort for families, friendly staff, delicious food, good entertainment program for kids and adults. The only concern is concrete seats in amphitheater, cold and uncomfortable in November.
