the restaurants,the staff,,especially the porter service,the spa were excellent.THE MASSAGES were just amazing.We had the deluxe package, we have have used many hotels for massages around the world but these were the best.MEDI a young lady and others,,the reception staff and Mehmet were very polite and really looked after us.We will visit again.

I think it’s important to emphasise the negatives as it can ruin your entire trip. The hotel reception staff are terribly useless and have a clear agreement with local taxis in the area and work together to rip of staff. I asked the reception to arrange a taxi to go to land of legends which is only a 10mins journey, they referred me to the bell boy who referred me to the man in charge or taxis outside the gate forcing guests to pay premium prices for short journeys there and back. The taxi they provided me threatened my husband as we refused to overpay their ridiculous charges and when I told the hotel reception they said they’re not affiliated with the taxi firm despite referring them to me. (All in WhatsApp messages for reference and proof). This made us not want to see any of Antalya and just stayed at the resort. It’s huge scam as they have boycotted uber in that area and when speaking to another taxi man in another area they said there’s lots of agreements in place which so called 5* hotels abide by. I wouldn’t give this hotel a 5* due to the lack of duty of care and service they have towards their own guests. Only stay here if you are happy to hire a car and not use their reception staff for any help.

The property is huge and the facilities are great. Lots of room around the pools and never an issue finding a sunbed. Drinks were really good and all branded spirits and no queues at the bar. We found the food became a bit repetitive after a few days. Would suggest having more theme type evenings. However the food was good quality, especially the salads. Also breakfasts were absolutely manic, so busy and big queues for omelettes. It would be better if there were 2-3 venues for breakfast to spread people outa bit more. We had the family duplex room which was very spacious and worked well for us as our 2 kids had the room upstairs. However we found the room very noisy - both outside noise and our neighbours. We heard our neighbour snoring very loudly most nights! Also the quilts could do with upgrading, it didn’t fully cover our bed, which I found bizarre. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it’s a very well setup resort but I would say it’s more a 4 star than 5 star.
