The property boasts 2 master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has one set of bunk beds and accesses the shared hallway bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home. Please note that the kitchen includes a half-size microwave oven. Take in the beautiful Florida sun while floating in the private pool! Glad Tidings is a quick 5 minute walk to bustling Pine Avenue where you will find many shops and restaurants. Easily access the Gulf and Bay beaches, each being about a 10 minute walk from the property.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
