Perfect friends trip
We had a group of 6 . We loved the property. Close to everything and walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. The pool was great. All our questions answered by attentive staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Magnolia. The amenities were ample. Pool toys, beach chairs and wagon are available. The pool was perfect! Very private. We had a great time.

Family Fun
This property was exactly what our family needed to relax and enjoy Anna Maria. The separate suite for our "little family" let babies have their own space when needed and allowed us all to still be in one house. Short walk to the beach, general store and restaurants, hardly got in the car (Loved it!). And the pool and hot tub were perfect!

Wonderful getaway!
This property was great…clean, spacious, updated and close to everything! The pool and hot tub were an added bonus in the backyard, which offered plenty of privacy thanks to the beautifully landscaped yard. We could easily walk to the beach, the pier and the shops on Pine Ave. we would definitely choose this property again!

Perfect Place
We had 8 adults (19 to 80) who traveled to Anna Maria for a week’s stay. We had ample space. The wagon, chairs, cooler and umbrella were great. There are several walkable options for restaurants, but the kitchen also provided enough equipment to eat in. The outdoor space by the pool was beautiful. We would definitely go back.

Great location. Cute property
We have stayed on AMI several times and always at a VRBO. We booked this last minute (late Jan for early march) so there were not many properties available. We got lucky with this one. Location was perfect- 3 blocks from the beach and 1 block from our favorite breakfast place (Ginny and Jane E's). The property was great for us because my teenager stayed in the separate apartment area and the boys each got their own rooms. Kitchen was fine- I did not really cook much so supplies were fine for that. There were plenty of towels and pillows (although could use more pillow cases). A few things to note that this property did not furnish that others do: beach chairs and supplies. Luckily I can borrow these from my brother who lives in the area but for those who do not have these- be advised. Beach chairs are a must. There was an umbrella that we did not use (we used my brother's). A beach cart would also be a nice thing to have and a cooler to borrow. Also- the alarms on the back doors are kind of annoying- everytime you enter from the outside- the alarm blares until you press Bypass. The management company said it is code on AMI but we have stayed at at least 4 other properties and none of them had these alarms so that seems odd. The pool out back is nice to have and there is an outdoor shower to get all the sand off from the beach. Overall- cute little place that served our purpose while on AMI.
