Tucked away at the north end of the Island just a bit beyond the shops and restaurants of Pine Avenue, this lovely two bedroom, two bath home is nestled on the banks of Lake LaVista and sports a new dock ready for your boating or fishing pleasure! It is best to launch at High tide as the water levels can make a difference.
Travel under two humpback bridges out to Tampa Bay and you can go anywhere in the world!
A quick walk of two blocks will take you to the wonderful Bayfront Park, a perfect spot to hit the beach with the kids, or walk just a little further is access to the beaches at Bean Point at the Island's very northern tip. Between it all is the famous Rod & Reel Pier, where you can fish, eat and drink morning, noon, and night!
Back at home you'll find attractive, contemporary amenities, like a beautifully remodeled and fully equipped kitchen, remodeled bathrooms and an easy floor plan with two primary bedrooms on either side of the living areas. One bedroom features a king bed and en suite bath that shares access with the public areas of the home, while the other features a queen bed and private en suite bath. Both bedrooms offer guests a chance to retreat and watch their own TV programs in the privacy of their room. A sleeping loft above the living room features two twin beds, and will be the kids' favorite spot to retreat.
Off the living room is another outdoor living room with its own mini fridge and an overlook to the pool below. Stairs from this outdoor space will take you right down to the pool for a quick swim, or beyond that to the dining area under the pergola, the perfect spot for enjoying dinner al fresco.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.
*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for two dogs with a maximum weight of 25 pounds each and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog for the first week. There is a $50 fee per dog per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.
