Do you know why these are called the LIFT CONDOS? Because they are right next to the base lifts. You can be out the front door and sitting in the Chile Express chairlift in less than 5 minutes. One of the best locations in Angel Fire.

This condo is two-story, the bottom floor features the bunkhouse with a new Twin-XL over Queen bunk bed, a second queen-size bed. This room sleeps up to 5.

Then on the second story is the master bedroom, with a brand new Cal King bed, full bath, kitchen living/dining area.

Total of sleeping for 7.

NOTE, there are stairs.

Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow guest pets.

I bought this condo for a number of reasons. I ski a lot during a season and I HATE having to find a parking place, wait for an overcrowded shuttle, and walk up a hill to a ticket office or lift. So with this condo, you can avoid all parking hassles and walk directly to the chair lift.

If you have ever skied Taos, looked for a parking space, waited for the crowded shuttle, or walked up the hill at Wolf Creek, you are going to think this is heaven.

I do all the property management myself, you are dealing with the owner.

I also love to snowboard, mountain bike, and golf so if you need a ski partner, a golfer to fill a foursome or someone to ride trails with, I am ready.

Now for the condo. First of all, it is easy walking distance, (like a couple of minutes) to the Chili express, (skiing) or the Sunset Grill for a wonderful meal.

The condo is also located as the first condo on the building, so access and parking are very easy. It is also an end unit, so it has a window in the living, kitchen, and bedroom on the side as well as the front, which adds a lot of natural light during the day.

On the first floor, you will find a mudroom with a bench and coat rack, perfect for getting out of your ski gear. We also have ski and snowboard racks in the mudroom as well.

The bunkhouse bedroom offers a new Sony 55" 4K TV, With Xbox 360, so bring your favorite games or play one of ours.

We have a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The main floor is fully furnished with comfortable, updated living room furnishing and a large dining table with 4 chairs. Additional folding chairs can be used to seat up to 8.

The living room is complete with a 65" 4K Smart TV, with a DVD player, and Dish TV

This condo features a balcony that offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of Wheeler Peak. So feel free to relax at the bistro table on the balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Our kitchen is equipped with most items you'll need, including a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave oven.

Please note -- there are stairs from the first floor where the second bedroom and entryway are and the main floor of the condo.
