We chose this hotel because it said it had a crib available, however, we were told there are no cribs on the property and we had to improvise safe sleeping arrangements for our 2 month old. Staff was very pleasant. Room had a faint musty smell - like old building smell, by nothing terrible. Comfy bed.

Just to has something to whine about, as is the rule it seems nowadays, the toilet seat was loose. It seems the chain is improving this hotel on a steady and regular basis.

Overall not a bad place. Some things need to be updated. Toilet seat needs to be replaced ( old and chipped). Shower did drip a little,as did the toilet run. There were no protectors on mattress or pillows to help deter bugs or others bodily fluids. There was no full length mirror either. The room looked exactly like the picture. The room was not large but it was clean . The shower was small but the water pressure was decent. The soap,lotion, and shampoo all smelled wonderful!

Not a good location for those on bikes riding the canal trail. Massive hill to walk your bike up plus hotel located on side of a highway. Not great biking beside transports. Breakfast was just as bad as reviews described but I knew that when I booked.

Bad management

When we arrived at the room at night, there was a strong chemical smell. By the next morning, the chemical smell had turned into a strong urine odor. We reported this to the manager, but he simply denied it. We did not had high expectation for this hotel.but the way the manager handle the problem was too bad.

The bed and bathroom were clean. Challenges: pillows were lumpy, could hear people walking overhead, ice machines on at least 2 floors were broken, highway noise, the complimentary breakfast was really pre-packaged snacks.

Breakfast is non-existent!

Supposedly came with a free breakfast... had a couple of squashed muffins and a cold egg on an English muffin. No cereal, no bread to toast, no fruit, no nothing! Check in took too long and they recharged my credit card 9 times. Didn't seem to know what they were doing. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was difficult to find and Google maps didn't seem to know where it was.
