Bath door lock brocken. Shampoo container empty, after even telling stuff about it, still no shampoo or conditioner. Not enough towels, or missing. Front desk guy very rude, front desk girl very nice. Sorry, don't have names.

The walls & ceilings were paper thin…. The room next to us was talking on the phone until 2am, and we could hear everything. We were finally sleeping when at 5am, the room above us started moving furniture around… it was so disappointing. The room was so dingy, the carpets were dirty. It was just gross!

Great front desk staff! Easy check in and very accommodating to our requests. Our room had a lovely view of the lagoon, complete with legit Napa grape vines with grapes growing on our patio. Breakfast was delicious. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property is run down, furniture in our room was banged up, seats were worn through. We didn’t expect it to be the fanciest place, but it just seems past its prime

Property was ok,battery in the smoke alarm went out at 1am causing a loud repetitive chirping, the front desk couldn’t fix it until the next day, so it caused a restless night for my family. To be fair, they offered to move us to a different room at 2am, which seemed like a worse idea.

The room has a weird smell, sheets had obvious stains, the bathroom door wouldn't fully close (so the lock was basically useless), and there was a giant crack in the wall by the headboard of one of the beds. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, but the rooms could use some better upkeep.

The door to the restroom did not close/open properly and continued to make a loud rubbing sound. Bathrooms look old and warn. Appeared to be drink marks on a wall. And curtains for whatever reason, had large stains.
