Immaculate, gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, beautiful home you can’t believe you found and you never want to leave! There are no words for how jaw dropping and amazing the property is. This home was perfectly situated in our hunting area. We were shocked with how nice the home was. Not really roughing it at all…. Home owner was extremely friendly and seemed to truly care that we had a wonderful experience. Home is beautiful with large working kitchen that made it easy to feed the 6 of us every evening.

Great Find
We were very pleased with this well designed and well stocked off-grid house. It has all the advantages of a remote private ranch home, with all the amenities of modern living. It would be expense for a couple, but we filled it up with friends and family, which made it a good price. Hope we can return.

Fantastic Place
We had a blast. Stan and Michael are superb owners, they helped on the way in, when we were there and would have been available for any question that may have come up. We hiked right from the property and in the surrounding mountains and fished the Rio Grande. The hone is comfortable and is situated in a lovely location. We would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in Del Norte
This was probably the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated with unique items. Tons of natural light. The kitchen was well-stocked and had a great view out the windows. We enjoyed exploring the property, and our kids enjoyed climbing on the large boulders. Stan was very communicative and helpful. I'd 100% recommend staying here!

Perfect in every way!
So much good to say about this house and the owners. The house is even better than the pictures, perfectly decorated, and equipped. You won't be wanting for anything when you rent this house. We were hunting in the area and this was a perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. Stan, one of the owners, was fantastic and made it feel like we were just borrowing the house from a good friend. This would be an amazing place to rent while skiing in the area as well. I can't say enough good things about it! Note to hunters: There is no hunting or shooting on the 50 acres, there is no access to public BLM from this property, and there is no game processing allowed on the property. Still great though!

Belmont Del Norte
If quiet seclusion in a high desert/mountain setting is what you are looking for, then you've come to the right place. The Belmont Del Norte is in a great location with forever views and every accommodation you could imagine. If you never left the property, you'd still have plenty to do. There are books galore for the reading enthusiast. There is every imaginable board game and some you might not have known existed (desktop curling anyone?). If you are a birder, just look out the window. If you're a star gazer, hang out on the amazing deck after dark and search out your favorite constellation. If bouldering is your kind of thing, you could spend hours on the property exploring every nook and cranny. Needless to say, this is a great property and the owners Stan and Michael go out of their way to make you as comfortable and welcomed as you could ever want to be. I give the Belmont Del Norte two hearty thumbs up!

Best Ever!!
We stayed at this AMAZING house for our son's wedding in Del Norte. Stan and Michael are the best, so attentive to all your needs and we could always reach them day or night. We had our rehearsal dinner here and everyone that came were going on and on about this house. The pictures do not do it justice. As soon as you walk in it so much bigger and beautiful than the pics even show. There is so much room in the kitchen with a huge island to work on. The bedrooms are all perfect. The master bath, two shower heads, we were in heaven!! Your eyes are always catching something new and interesting. If you forgot something, not a problem, they have it all! The most stocked house I have ever been in, better than my own. We needed a funnel at one point and low and behold they had one. It was amazing. The outside is just as fabulous, so many seating areas and the deck is gorgeous. We were so busy with the wedding that we did not get to enjoy it with relaxation time, but will definitely be back to just relax and explore the area next time. Thanks so much Michael and Stan for sharing your beautiful home!!!

Wonderful Getaway
Our group had a fantastic time at this house! The property and the home itself are absolutely beautiful. Each morning we got to watch the wide variety of birds and amusing chipmunks eat out of the bird feeders. We enjoyed exploring the many acres and having a campfire each night. The rooms were spotless and this was the most well-equipped kitchen we have ever used for a rental property. It seems like all the listings say "well equipped kitchen," but this one really means it. The location was good, not too far from the sand dunes or the little town. Be sure to eat at Three Barrel Brewing in Del Norte during your stay. Their beers and wood fired pizza are delicious! We would gladly stay again.

Majestic views
This house was the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Everyone in the family had something to do from playing board games to hiking around the acreage. We use the fire pit for campfires at night and fed the birds and chipmunks as we watched the sun rise. The owners made a scavenger hunt that we had a lot of fun with. Though the house is off the grid, we never saw the reserve fall below 100. The house is unique and beds were very comfortable and hot water on demand. Close to Sand Dune National Park and Zapata Falls. Definitely looking forward to our next stay!

One of a kind house! Fantastic views. Interesting property to hike and explore.
We had 12 family members who came for our daughter’s wedding in Penitente Canyon with dinner and reception at the Windsor Hotel Restaurant. The Del Norte Belmont was home base for family from North Carolina, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and California. Everyone raved about how comfortable the house was and how much they enjoyed the house and property. The house is off grid but we had all the power and hot water that 12 adults needed to prepare for the wedding and the full week we were there. There are two seating areas and a large kitchen island that provides three conversation areas. Stan greeted us by phone and Michael greeted us in person upon our arrival. We felt welcomed and comfortable settling in like it was our home for a week. If you are thinking of staying anywhere in the area, we highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous Home--Prepare for Quiet
This home is beautiful and unique. The views are incredible. Coming from the busy city the silence was overwhelming at first! The Tucker's have outfitted this home with anything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay, and Jack's Market is about a 10 minute drive away. Super comfortable and enjoyable place to stay!

Beautiful home with 5 star comfort
This house was the perfect place for our mountain biking weekend. Stan was really helpful in answering all of our questions. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed sitting outdoors and watching the sunset, riding bikes from the property to the stone quarry trail system and enjoying a beer at 3barrel brewing in town. We also visited the restored Windsor hotel. There is some great history there. This is the nicest vrbo we have ever stayed in! Highly recommend it!

The Diamond of Del Norte!
Absolutely loved our stay at the Belmont Del Norte. Stan, the owner, was incredibly helpful and made sure we were well accommodated every step of the way. The house is spectacular. A mixture of modern, sustainable design, tastefuly decorated, and well appointed for medium sized gathering. The surrounding area is full of activities and the scenery is stunning. We skied one day at Wolf Creek which is a short one hour drive and may hit up a hot spring on the way home. All I can say is I cannot wait to come back!

Relaxing, spacious, everything you need!
Our family LOVED staying in this house! Stan and Michael, the hosts, are clear communicators and generous in what they provide for their guests (ex: food, welcome gifts). The house's setting is beautiful. There's tons of hiking right outside the door and beautiful outdoor spaces (ex: a fire pit) if you don't want to venture too far. We look forward to being able to stay in Stan's beautiful home again!

True Getaway
Beautiful home. Very well stocked. Has all the commodities necessary and more. As soon as you arrive makes you feel right at home. It's about a 15 minute drive off the Main Street in Del Norte. But well worth the drive. Amazing views. Got to see deer almost every day. Will definetily reccomend this place if ever in the area. The home owner is very helpful, thanks again Stan for sharing your beautiful home.
