Great location off of the highway. we were there for the Pro Football hall of Fame, which is a short drive from the hotel. Plenty of dining options within walking distance, or a short drive. Property was clean, rooms were nicer than most places I have stayed that are similar.

Enjoyable

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and appreciated that my needs were met with my requests at reservation. The hotel was clean which was very impotant to me and the staff was great. Our room was a king room and was very spacious with a great design and floor plan.Breakfast could've been better but was okay. Thank you.

Positives: cleanliness and friendly staff. I was in for the half marathon so the breakfast until 10am and check out time of noon were very nice. Negative: as someone who is shorter in stature the shower head was very high.

damp smell in hotel, room felt clean and was big but not fantastic, the comforters did not look clean, gym equipment was nice, mocrowave was near elevator and not in room, breakfast was ok but server was rude, i prob wouldnt stay there again

We had a great stay when visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Clean, convenient hotel! My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

Fantastic

From the comfort of the room to the friendliest staff not to mention the many delicious healthy options for breakfast, I was indeed very pleasantly surprised with my stay. The gym and pool are very nice also.

Overall this was a good place to stay for 1 night before a flight. Checkin staff were friendly and helped us get a shuttle back to hotel after returning rental car. However, when requesting shuttle the next morning I was rudely told they didn't have a driver and asked if I had scheduled one the night before. Told her yes. After 30 minutes I was finally told they had someone to drive the shuttle-employee was once again rude acting like expecting a shuttle was asking to much. The reason I booked the hotel. I do want to say that Jeffery (they employee that drove us to the airport )was wonderful and apologized for the mixup and unprofessional behavior of the desk staff member. He saved the hotel from getting an overall bad rating. It is close to busy roads, so there was a lot of road noise, they do have a sound machine in the room to help block it out.
