Lady with purple hair was very unprofessional and actually called another guest a Karen in a screaming match. Hotel is just outdated. Not a terrible place to stay if you’re just sleeping there during a busy trip.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I needed an extra blanket and she was sweet to leave one when i was gone.

The lady with the purple hair at the front desk was very rude. When I arrived a bit earlier than the 3 pm check in I was advised it would be $30 per room to check in early which I did not elect to do. We were in the car for hours getting there so I needed to use the bathroom. I was told they do not have a “Public” bathroom and I could drive 5 miles down the road to use the bathroom at the beach Totally unacceptable. The same lady showed up at 6:55 to set up breakfast that was supposed to be available at 7:00. Breakfast was not completely set up and available until 7:30 causing many guests to leave for their day’s activities without breakfast. I would not suggest staying here. Customer service is beyond horrible

The staff was helpful and did its best...but the site was severely understaffed. Imagine ONE person trying to keep the breakfast going, answering the phone, helping people check in or check out, and answering questions about room problems. It was not pretty. Despite this struggle, we will stay there again next time we are in Ocean Shores.

At first check in was okay then when got keys and arrived in room 108, bed wasn’t made and room not clean. Staff then gave us room 105. The floor was so dirty. The room had an awful smell we had to spray cologne or wouldn’t be able to stay in the room. We will not stay there again.

Breakfast was slim pickins no eggs or anything protien wise mostly just carbs still clean and quiet not a bad hotel just breakfast wasn't all that great but it still wasn't horrible

The hotel had a funky odor, probably due to the fact they have never been updated since the 70’s. The room looked NOTHING like these photos. Floor is old carpet, not laminate like in the photos. My door frame had looked as if someone had kicked the door in previously, the frame where the lock was, was one inch out from the wall, nails popping out and all. There were no screens in the window, with a wood chopper right out my window and what appeared to be a tent city in the corner of the woods. I slept with one eye open. I will never stay here again. Find another place, it’s not worth it.

Nice place polite staff it’s true what they say you can’t chose your neighbors. There were kidds in the pool and two freaks who would not stop kissing in front of the kidds. I’d like to see a note saying take it to your rooms.

The room was dirty and the neighbors next to us were having a fight the police had to stop their three times to deal with them i was kept up till 2 AM for this. I know that it could happen anywhere but three times is a bit ridiculous. The manager was very nice at the front desk. But the room was not clean food in the refrigerator and stains on the sheets. I will not ever stay there again!
