"This was our second stay at the hotel with our two small kids, and it was fantastic! The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the lobby is spacious. We love Seaport Village right below the hotel, which has great coffee, food, and a Ben & Jerry's. It’s a perfect location for families, allowing kids to play while parents relax and explore. We would definitely return! Note: Parking at the resort is pricey, so consider street parking, which is free after 8 PM and has a small fee before then. "

"Wonderful property with tons of activities for families. Reasonably priced for what you get. Only gripe is that the jacizzis sometimes weren’t too warm and we needed to call for them to adjust the temperature- they would show up right away to do it though. Good service. "
