The location is great due to the train station being so close to the hotel and shopping areas. The restaurant was only open in the evening, but the cafe was nice. The bartender was excellent. There is not a luggage cart so it takes a bit of time to get the luggage out of the room and the storage is small. The bathroom was good size and the bathroom amenities were nice as well.

Great hotel right by the train station
This was a very charming and nice hotel. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was great. The fact that it is right by the train station was perfect. I will definitely stay here again when next in Zurich.
